About Disha
What is Disha?
Disha is an AI health coach by Curelink. You download the app, share your details, complete a 20-minute onboarding call, then get daily chat support and proactive check-in calls.
Is Disha a real person?
No. Disha is an AI coach, designed to talk and guide like a real health coach.
Who is Disha for?
Anyone looking for personalised help with weight, PCOS, diabetes, hair fall, sexual wellness or any health condition without generic diet advice.
How do I get started with Disha?
Download the app, share a few details, and complete your onboarding call. Your plan starts just after that.
How do I download the Disha app?
Search “Disha” on the Play Store or App Store, or use the download link on this website.
Is the app available on Android and iOS?
Yes, on both.
What happens after I download the app?
You share your health goals and basic details, then Disha gets on an onboarding call to understand your routine and build your plan.
What is the onboarding call?
A one-on-one call where Disha understands your goal, habits, and constraints, then sets up a plan that fits your life.
How long is the onboarding call?
About 15–20 minutes.
Do I need to prepare anything before the call?
Not much. Just be ready to talk about your routine, eating habits, and any medicines or reports you already have.
How does Disha work after onboarding?
You get a personalised plan, daily chat support, and proactive calls to check progress and adjust as you go.
Will Disha call me, or do I only chat?
Both. You can chat anytime, and Disha also calls to check in.
Can I message or call Disha anytime?
Yes, Disha is available 24×7.
What language does Disha speak?
Hindi, English and Hinglish — she follows the language you are comfortable with.
Is Disha a doctor?
No. Disha is a health coach, not a doctor. For medical diagnosis, prescriptions or emergencies, talk to a qualified doctor.
What will I get as part of the plan?
You will get a diet and a workout plan personalised to your routine and food preferences.
How personalised is the plan?
Quite personalised. It's built around your goal, medical history, home food, schedule, and what you can actually follow.
What health concerns can Disha help with?
Mostly all health issues — from weight, PCOS, diabetes, post-pregnancy weight loss and hair fall to sexual wellness.
How much does Disha cost?
The app is free to download. Coaching is on a paid subscription. Current plans and pricing are shown in the app.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can try Disha for a few days before the paid plan starts. Exact trial details are shown in the app.
How does the subscription work?
After the trial, a monthly subscription continues automatically so your coaching doesn’t stop.
How do I pay?
Through UPI AutoPay in the app.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your chats and health details are used only to coach you. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Who can see my chats and health details?
Your conversation stays between you and Disha. It is not shared publicly. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Weight loss
Can Disha help me lose weight?
Yes. You get a personalised diet and workout plan based on your routine, not a generic chart.
How is this different from a regular diet chart?
Disha first understands you, your body, finds the root cause through your meals, sleep, hormones, routine and then builds a plan you can actually follow.
Will I get a crash diet or extreme calorie cut?
No. The plan is built to be sustainable, with food you already eat at home.
How much weight can I expect to lose, and how soon?
Most users see about 3–4 kg in the first month, depending on how consistently they follow the plan.
What if I have already tried dieting and it didn’t work?
That’s common. Disha looks at the root pattern — not just calories — and adjusts the plan to your real life.
I have Hypothyroid. Can I still lose weight with Disha?
Yes. The plan is adapted for these conditions instead of using a standard weight-loss chart.
Do I need to go to the gym?
No. Movement is set to what you can do — home workouts, walks, or gym, based on your time.
What if I live in a hostel / PG and can’t cook?
The plan is built around what you can actually eat there — simple swaps, not a full kitchen overhaul.
Will the plan fit Indian home food?
Yes. Roti, dal, rice, sabzi — the plan works with regular Indian meals.
What if I have cravings, bloating, or low energy?
Tell Disha on chat. She helps you handle it and adjusts the plan if needed.
I only want to lose belly fat. Can Disha target that?
Spot-reduction doesn’t work. As overall fat comes down with diet and movement, the stomach usually follows.
I eat out a lot because of work. Can I still follow this?
Yes. Disha gives you what to order and what to skip, not a “never eat outside” rule.
I am postpartum. Can I start weight loss now?
Yes, but it won’t be a regular cut. Disha plans around recovery, sleep, and feeding — not an aggressive calorie deficit.
I work late / do night shifts. Will a normal diet chart even work?
No. A regular 9-to-5 diet chart won’t fit night shifts. Disha plans meals around your actual work hours, sleep, and when you can eat.
Can Disha help if I want to gain weight?
Yes. There is a separate weight-gain plan — more calories, more protein, and meals you can actually finish.
How soon will I see inch loss?
Many people notice looser clothes or a smaller waist within 2–4 weeks, even before a big drop on the scale.
PCOS
Can Disha help with PCOS / PCOD?
Yes. The plan focuses on periods, weight, acne, hair fall, and daily habits together — not just calories.
Do I need a confirmed PCOS diagnosis to start?
No. If you have irregular periods, acne, hair fall, or stubborn weight, Disha can still coach you.
Will this help with irregular periods?
That is a core part of the PCOS plan. Many users see more regular cycles within 2–3 months.
Can Disha help with PCOS-related acne?
Yes. Diet and routine changes are used to support clearer skin, usually over 8–10 weeks.
Can Disha help with PCOS hair fall / facial hair?
Yes. These are treated as part of the hormonal pattern.
I can’t lose weight because of PCOS. Will this still work?
Yes. The PCOS plan is built for this — insulin, hormones, and food timing, not a generic deficit diet.
How is the PCOS plan different from a normal weight-loss plan?
It targets hormones, period regularity, acne, and hair fall — not only the number on the scale.
How long before I see a difference in symptoms?
Skin often improves in 8–10 weeks. Periods usually take 2–3 months. Overall symptom relief is often seen in 3–6 months.
Can Disha help if I am trying to conceive?
Disha can help with lifestyle and cycle regularity, which are the basis for healthy conception.
I am already seeing a gynecologist. Can I still use Disha?
Yes. Keep your doctor for scans and medicines. Disha works alongside on diet, movement, and daily habits that help manage PCOS symptoms from the root.
Diabetes
Can Disha help if I have diabetes or prediabetes?
Yes. The plan is built around your meals, medicines, and daily sugar pattern.
I am already on medicine. Will Disha still help?
Yes. Coaching works along with your current medicines.
Can I still eat rice, roti, and regular Indian food?
Yes. Portions, meal timing, and simple swaps — not a separate “diabetic menu.”
Will I get a diet made for my sugar levels?
Yes, after the onboarding call, based on your meals, reports, and routine.
How does this help bring my sugar down?
By fixing meal timing, food quality, movement, and consistency — not only cutting sweets.
I also need to lose weight. Can both be handled together?
Yes. Sugar control and weight are planned together.
Do I still need to check my sugar at home?
Yes — home readings help Disha see what’s working and adjust faster.
How soon will I notice better energy and sugar control?
Many users feel better energy within a few weeks, with clearer sugar improvement over about 3 months.
Can Disha help reverse my diabetes?
Reversal is not a one-time fix. Diabetes is managed every day — through food, timing, movement, and consistency. That is what Disha is built for. Get the daily management right, and sugar control starts changing.
I have already stopped eating sweets. Why is my sugar still high?
Sweets are only one part of it. Rice portions, meal gaps, and no walk after food can still spike sugar. Disha works on those daily habits so management actually holds.
Hair loss
Can Disha help with hair fall?
Yes. Disha looks at diet, deficiencies, hormones, and daily habits that drive hair fall.
How does a health coach help with hair loss?
Most hair fall has a root cause — low protein, iron, PCOS, thyroid, stress, or styling habits.
Can diet really reduce hair fall?
Yes, when protein, iron, and deficiencies are the issue. Many users notice less fall in just 2–3 months.
How long before hair fall reduces?
Usually 2–3 months. Hair cycles take time — this is not an overnight change.
I have PCOS / thyroid / iron deficiency. Can Disha still help?
Yes. Those are common drivers, and the plan is built around them.
Will this help with bald patches or receding hairline?
It can slow fall, support density and work on better management.
Is this only for women, or for men too?
For both men and women.
What does the hair-loss plan actually include?
A root-cause diagnosis, personalised diet, workout plan, daily coaching, and habit changes that support hair.
I oil my hair and changed my shampoo. Why is it still falling?
Oil and shampoo rarely fix the real cause. Hair fall is often from low protein, deficiencies, PCOS, thyroid, or stress. Disha works on that, not on a new hair product.
I have PCOS and thyroid. Is that why my hair is thinning?
Very likely. Hormones can make hair thinner and slower to grow. Disha treats this as part of the same plan, not a separate hair-product problem.
Will my hair grow back, or will it only stop falling?
Fall usually reduces first, in about 2–3 months. New growth takes longer. Disha is honest about that timeline instead of promising overnight density.
Account and billing
How do I cancel my plan?
If you bought the plan through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it from your store account’s subscription settings — you keep access until the end of the current billing cycle. Otherwise write in the app chat or to support@cure.link. Cancellation and refund rules are shown at purchase; details are in the Terms of Use.
How do I delete my account and data?
Write to support@cure.link to delete your account and Personal Data. After identity verification, Curelink deletes or anonymises your Personal Data within a reasonable period — except data that applicable law requires us to keep, or that has already been anonymised or aggregated.
What if there is a billing or payment problem?
Write to support@cure.link — include your registered phone number and the payment date so the transaction can be traced quickly. The team usually replies in 1–2 business days. For payments made through the App Store or Google Play, you can also send a refund request through that store.
