Last updated: May 30, 2026
Work in progress: this Terms of Use document is still under review and may be updated before final publication. Please contact us if you need clarification on any term.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Disha, an AI agent and AI-powered tool provided by Curelink Pvt. Ltd. ("Curelink", "Company", "we", "us" or "our") for lifestyle, wellness, habit-building and general health education support.
By accessing or using Disha, our website, mobile experiences, WhatsApp or chat flows, AI-generated responses, content, programs, reminders, notifications or related services (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Important Wellness and AI Disclaimer
Disha is not a doctor, hospital, clinic, emergency service, pharmacy, medical device, diagnostic tool or substitute for professional medical advice. Disha is designed to provide general lifestyle and wellness support, such as information about nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, habit formation, adherence reminders and related educational practices.
The Service may use artificial intelligence, automation and third-party model providers. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased or unsuitable for your personal situation. You are responsible for independently evaluating any information, recommendation, plan or response before relying on it.
Do not use Disha for medical emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, dosage decisions, disease management, serious symptoms, mental health crises, pregnancy complications or any condition requiring professional care. In an emergency, immediately contact local emergency services, visit the nearest hospital or consult a qualified medical practitioner.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Service only with the involvement, supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that parent or guardian accepts these Terms on your behalf.
You represent that the information you provide to us is true, accurate and complete, and that your use of the Service will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Scope of the Service
Disha may provide lifestyle and wellness-related conversations, nudges, plans, trackers, reminders, educational material and AI-assisted responses. The Service is intended to support general well-being and healthier practices, not to provide regulated medical services unless a specific service is separately offered by appropriately qualified professionals under separate terms.
We may modify, suspend, withdraw or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, content, integrations, AI providers, prompts, workflows, pricing or availability.
4. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Your use of Disha does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, dietitian-client, fiduciary or professional healthcare relationship with Curelink, Disha, our employees, contractors, AI systems or service providers.
If the Service connects you with an independent doctor, coach, nutritionist, healthcare provider or other professional, that professional is responsible for the services they provide, subject to their qualifications, applicable professional standards and any separate terms communicated to you.

9. AI Outputs, Personalisation and Safety
Disha may personalize responses based on information you provide and patterns observed from your use of the Service. Personalization does not mean that an output is medically verified, clinically appropriate or guaranteed to work for you.
We may moderate, filter, log, review or restrict conversations and outputs to improve safety, comply with law, prevent misuse, investigate complaints and improve the Service. We may refuse or limit responses where we believe a request is unsafe, unlawful, outside the wellness scope or otherwise inappropriate.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including messaging platforms, payment providers, app stores, analytics tools, cloud providers, AI model providers, websites and professional service providers.
