Important: Disha is an AI health coach. Unless We expressly state otherwise, responses, recommendations, nudges, summaries, plans and other outputs provided through the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are not pre-reviewed, approved or validated by a human doctor, coach or clinician before being shown to You.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

User Profile

When You create a user profile in the Services and confirm being the holder of a certain number, Curelink will collect the information provided by You. In order to create a user profile, You must register Your first name, last name and phone number. If You don't provide us with this information, You will not be able to create an account to use our services. Additional information that may be provided at Your option include, but is not limited to, photo, gender, city of residence, email address.

Health Data, Chat, Call and Coaching Information

When You use the Service, We may collect information that You provide in chats, calls, forms, uploads, questionnaires, check-ins, plans, reports, images, audio, notes, reminders, prescriptions, lab reports and other interactions with the Service. This may include Health Data and other information that may be sensitive in nature.

By providing this information, You give Your free, specific, informed and affirmative consent for Us to process such information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide AI-generated responses and to improve, test, train and evaluate AI Features, subject to applicable law.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Information Collected while Using the Application

Information from your Device's phone book (contacts list)

Our services have optional features which, if used by you, require us to collect contact information from your contact's list to provide such features. You will be asked for permissions for such collections, as appropriate. If you choose not to provide the information, which is completely a choice, you will be unable to use the feature.

Please note that no other contact information other than the phone numbers will be collected and used from your address book. Other numbers or information that may be contained in your address book will be filtered away by our safety algorithms and will therefore not be collected by Curelink. Please also note that you can always choose not to share Contact Information with Curelink.

Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library

Many of Our services require us to collect images and other information from Your device's camera and photos. For example, You won't be able to send images or reset Your profile picture unless we can access Your camera or photos.

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customise Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

Where reasonably practicable, We may de-identify, anonymize, pseudonymize, aggregate, filter or minimize data before using it for model improvement. However, You acknowledge that certain AI training, safety, evaluation, personalization and quality-improvement workflows may require processing of information linked to Your Account or interactions, subject to reasonable security controls and applicable law.

You may withdraw Your consent for future processing where applicable by contacting Us. Withdrawal of consent may limit or disable parts of the Service. Data that has already been anonymized, aggregated, incorporated into statistical learnings, or used to improve models in a manner that no longer reasonably identifies You may not be capable of deletion or reversal.

For users in India, We intend to process Personal Data in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable Information Technology Rules, and other applicable health, consumer protection and electronic records requirements as may be in force from time to time.
