This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We use Your Personal data to provide, operate, secure, personalize, improve and develop the Service, including AI-powered health coaching features. By creating an Account, using the Service, submitting information, or continuing to use the Service after this Privacy Policy is made available, You confirm that You have read, understood and consented to the collection, processing, storage, disclosure and use of Your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Important: Disha is an AI health coach. Unless We expressly state otherwise, responses, recommendations, nudges, summaries, plans and other outputs provided through the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are not pre-reviewed, approved or validated by a human doctor, coach or clinician before being shown to You.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
• Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Curelink.

• Country refers to: Haryana, India.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• AI Features means artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language model, automated decision support, recommendation, summarization, personalization, coaching and analytics features used in or to improve the Service.
• Health Data means any health, wellness, fitness, lifestyle, symptom, medication, diagnostic, lab report, image, diet, exercise, menstrual, fertility, sexual wellness, mental health, call, chat, consultation, coaching or other information that You provide to, generate through, or permit the Service to access.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Types of Data Collected

User Profile

When You create a user profile in the Services and confirm being the holder of a certain number, Curelink will collect the information provided by You. In order to create a user profile, You must register Your first name, last name and phone number. If You don't provide us with this information, You will not be able to create an account to use our services. Additional information that may be provided at Your option include, but is not limited to, photo, gender, city of residence, email address.

Health Data, Chat, Call and Coaching Information

When You use the Service, We may collect information that You provide in chats, calls, forms, uploads, questionnaires, check-ins, plans, reports, images, audio, notes, reminders, prescriptions, lab reports and other interactions with the Service. This may include Health Data and other information that may be sensitive in nature.

By providing this information, You give Your free, specific, informed and affirmative consent for Us to process such information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide AI-generated responses and to improve, test, train and evaluate AI Features, subject to applicable law.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

Information from your Device's phone book (contacts list)

Our services have optional features which, if used by you, require us to collect contact information from your contact's list to provide such features. You will be asked for permissions for such collections, as appropriate. If you choose not to provide the information, which is completely a choice, you will be unable to use the feature.

Please note that no other contact information other than the phone numbers will be collected and used from your address book. Other numbers or information that may be contained in your address book will be filtered away by our safety algorithms and will therefore not be collected by Curelink. Please also note that you can always choose not to share Contact Information with Curelink.

Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library

Many of Our services require us to collect images and other information from Your device's camera and photos. For example, You won't be able to send images or reset Your profile picture unless we can access Your camera or photos.

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customise Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To operate AI Features: to generate automated responses, plans, reminders, insights, summaries, recommendations, nudges and other AI-powered outputs based on the information You provide and Your use of the Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
• For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
• To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
• To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.
• To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

• For AI model training and product improvement: to create, train, fine-tune, evaluate, audit, validate, monitor and improve AI models, algorithms, safety systems, datasets, personalization systems and related products or services, including future AI models and features.
• For safety, compliance and abuse prevention: to detect, prevent and respond to fraud, misuse, security incidents, harmful content, unlawful activity, policy violations, medical safety risks and legal or regulatory requirements.
• For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

Consent to AI-Generated Responses

By using the Service, You understand, acknowledge and consent that:

• The Service uses AI Features to generate responses and outputs. These responses may be generated automatically without any human doctor, human coach, employee, contractor or clinical reviewer reading, approving or intervening in that specific response before it is delivered to You.
• You should not assume that any AI-generated response has been reviewed by a human professional. If a human review, consultation or escalation is separately offered, it will be identified separately and may be subject to additional terms.
• AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, unsuitable for Your individual condition, or based on information that You provided incorrectly or incompletely.
• The Service is intended for general health coaching, wellness support, education, habit building and informational assistance. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care or an in-person consultation with a qualified medical practitioner.
• You are responsible for consulting a qualified doctor or healthcare professional before acting on any health-related information, especially for diagnosis, medication, treatment changes, emergencies, pregnancy, serious symptoms, mental health crises or any urgent medical condition.
• In an emergency or potentially serious medical situation, You should immediately contact emergency services, a hospital, or a qualified medical professional. The Service should not be used as an emergency response system.

Consent for AI Training and Model Improvement

By using the Service and providing information to Us, You expressly consent that We may use Your Personal Data, Health Data, Usage Data, chat content, call-related information, uploaded files, feedback, interactions and derived insights to develop, train, fine-tune, test, evaluate, monitor, improve and deploy AI models and related systems, including future models and features.

Where reasonably practicable, We may de-identify, anonymize, pseudonymize, aggregate, filter or minimize data before using it for model improvement. However, You acknowledge that certain AI training, safety, evaluation, personalization and quality-improvement workflows may require processing of information linked to Your Account or interactions, subject to reasonable security controls and applicable law.

You may withdraw Your consent for future processing where applicable by contacting Us. Withdrawal of consent may limit or disable parts of the Service. Data that has already been anonymized, aggregated, incorporated into statistical learnings, or used to improve models in a manner that no longer reasonably identifies You may not be capable of deletion or reversal.

India-Specific Consent and Data Protection Safeguards

For users in India, We intend to process Personal Data in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable Information Technology Rules, and other applicable health, consumer protection and electronic records requirements as may be in force from time to time.

It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
