Welcome to Disha.health (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Disha mobile application (“App”) and the Disha.health website (“Site”), together referred to as the “Services.”


By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.




1. Eligibility



  • You must be at least 12 years old to use the Services.

  • By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.





2. Nature of Services



  • Disha is a digital health and wellness application designed to provide general lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness guidance.

  • The Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.





3. Subscription & Payments



  • Our Services are available on a subscription basis at ₹299 per month (“Subscription”).

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically each month unless cancelled.

  • Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for payment processing errors, delays, or charges from your bank/UPI/wallet/credit card provider.

  • Prices are subject to change, but any changes will be communicated to you in advance.





4. Refund & Cancellation Policy



  • You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the App or Site.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.





5. User Responsibilities



  • You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only.

  • You agree not to:


    • Share your account credentials with others.

    • Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App or Site.

    • Use the Services to transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content.






6. Intellectual Property



  • All content, design, trademarks, and software available on the App and Site are the property of Disha.health or its licensors.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.





7. Disclaimer of Warranties



  • The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

  • We make no guarantees regarding:


    • Accuracy or completeness of information.

    • Achievement of specific health or wellness results.

    • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.






8. Limitation of Liability



  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disha.health, its founders, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services.





9. Privacy Policy



  • Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.

  • By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.





10. Termination



  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.





11. Governing Law



  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.





12. Changes to Terms



  • We may update these Terms from time to time.

  • Continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
